In celebration of me having this past weekend off from work (for those of you who work retail, you know how hard it is to have the WHOLE weekend off), my girlfriend and I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Laguna Beach. With the sun shining bright and beaming extremely hard, there was no way I could bring myself to wearing denim (and definitely none of my heavy raw denim) so I decided this was the perfect time to debut my BOLT (Lightning Bolt) “Pelican” boardshorts- especially since I haven’t wore them all season (attended zero pool parties). I also decided it was the perfect time to feature them in another installment of “Essential Picks”.
