Linda Beran joined our team in 2014 bringing over 30 years of experience as an Architectural Specification Representative. She began her professional career in Chicago, Illionis and has gained valuable experience working in several different markets. From Chicago to Southern California to Las Vegas and back to SoCal, these diverse areas presented the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from military, hospitality, healthcare to K-12, and higher education projects. With a desire to constantly grow, Linda has become proficient in many of the exterior products we offer; particularly, our modified woods for cladding & decking.
Over the years Linda has been awarded several outstanding achievement awards as well as being named ‘Representative of the Year’ for three different manufacturers. When relaxing, Linda enjoys vintage and farmers’ markets, gardening, and giving new life to old treasures by refinishing furniture.
Linda supports Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara County firms. She also manages all military accounts in Los Angeles and San Diego Counties.

Denise Bellas is a fifth generation San Franciscan, instilled with a family tradition of design and construction. She has nearly two decades of experience working with the design community on projects ranging from medical, higher education, high tech, and other related industries. In 2004 Denise was accredited with her LEED AP BD & C and has a passion for sustainable issues surrounding resource impact and product health/risk standards in manufacturing. To date, she has educated over 8,000 architects on sustainable issues regarding product material selection and the building industry.
In her spare time, Denise enjoys being with her family and is a longtime nature enthusiast. Some of her favorite memories have been climbing Half Dome in Yosemite National Park, free-diving the Sea of Cortez with her son and kayaking down the American River.
Denise supports Central and Northern Sacramento County.

Awilda Lozano has worked in different aspects of the industry since graduating with her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts, Interior Design. She has experience in Project Management and Design. Over the years, she has represented multiple product lines as a specification rep. She recently focused on our SwissKrono product line before rejoining our Architectural team. Her cross-training and experience, has given her a great understanding when it comes to supporting designers and specifiers. She is a great resource for her territory.
In her spare time, she enjoys salsa dancing and spending time with her family.
Awilda supports firms in Orange, Kern, and San Bernardino and San Luis Obispo Counties.
Madison Stone brings over ten years of sales, territory management, and account management experience throughout Southern California to the Royal Plywood team. After receiving her degree in psychology from California State University, Long Beach, she worked in diverse fields from telecommunications to bridal fashion before finding her niche specializing in architectural design products. Her fondness of the creative arts combined with her professional knowledge ensures that she brings innovative solutions to any project she tackles.
She has expertise with laminates, wood veneers, window film, and experiential, large-format graphics. Madison enjoys working with architects and designers to help make their design vision a reality.
In her free time, Madison enjoys exploring new areas for interesting landmarks and architecture, diving into local history, appreciating live music, and exploring the diverse and unique areas of her city.
Madison supports the San Diego and Desert regions.
Stephanie Clark Clark considers Las Vegas her home and is excited to be a part of a vibrant, generous, and diverse community. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Art History. From there she started her own company with a friend she met in a NYC acting class. They provided fine linens for clients worldwide and were recognized by Real Simple Magazine as one of the top 45 online resources for their complimentary swatch program. This experience gave her exposure to the design and specification aspects of the process which piqued her interest.
Stephanie joins us with over twenty years of experience and knowledge, working with interior designers and architects. She enjoys presenting, keeping updated with the newest products, and assisting with suggestions and specifications. She has supported designers in sourcing materials for local projects at The Cosmopolitan, The D Casino & Hotel, Encore, Wynn hotels and resorts at The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, Resorts World, Disney, and Churchill Downs Racetrack in Kentucky.
She is passionate about animal rescue. In her freetime she enjoys listening to her classic, vinyl record collection and cooking for family and friends.
Stephanie supports all of Nevada.
Rhonda Whilhite brings over 20 years of experience in the Arizona market. She has worked as an interior designer and as a manufacturer representative. She earned her degree in Interior Architecture from Kansas State University. Working in commercial design, with projects ranging from hospitality to hospitals, has given her insight and experience on how projects come together, using the right materials. As a specification rep, she has worked directly with manufactures, as well as distribution, specializing in wood and millwork products.
She is active in IIDA and has served on the Board of Directors as a Director and Vice President. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading good books, and cuddling with her fur family.
Rhonda supports all of Arizona.
