Delivery
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify info@thessentialman.com
Prices, Shipping & Handling Charges
Flat Rate Shipping!
Domestic (USA) – $8
All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact info@thessentialman.com if you have any questions.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received. We require that customers notify info@thessentialman.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days.
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the thessentialman.com. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
